Since 1993 Decorator's Consignment Gallery has been  the solution for buyers and sellers of used furniture and accessories of Mercer County.

Sellers don't have the danger of complete strangers in their houses viewing their merchandise.

Buyers don't have to chase down moving sales with wads of cash in their pockets.  We take credit cards!

Best of all, there is no haggling over price.  We follow our own pricing system.  Our price tags show four prices and the dates those prices take effect.

The top price is the starting price and is usually around half the price the item would sell for new.  If the item is in the store over thirty days, the price drops 10%, which is the second price.  Should the item not sell in the next 30 days, the price drops another 10%, and so on.  At the end of four months, the owner of the item takes it back.

You negotiate the price you want to pay with the price tag.  If you want to buy it at the bottom price, come back the day it drops.  But it would only be fair to tell you that most things sell in the first two months.

Best of all, we only take merchandise that is currently in style and in take-home condition. Since your time is valuable, we don't waste it by making you sort through junk to find the good stuff. We can also refer you to reasonably priced movers you can hire to transport larger pieces of furniture.

Our 7,000 square foot show room has displayed the best names in furniture including Baker, Beacon Hill, Henredon, Drexel-Heritage, Statton, Kindel, Heckman, Kittinger, Henkel-Harris, Ethan Allen, Council Craft and Stickley.

We also have hand made oriental rugs, mirrors, lighting, art, and antiques.

We must be doing something right because we currently have over 2,700 consigners!
